Michael and Tessa competed in the Alexandria Schutzhund Verein USA Spring Trial judged by Hannes Eitler. Their obedience score was 91, the highest obedience score at the trial.

Tessa earned her first Schutzhund title on May 3, 2008 at Washington DC Area Gebrauchshund Club Trial! Tessa got her Begleitshund Title (BH) under Judge Sandi Purdy.

Michael attended a three day training seminar with the legendary Gottfried Dildei on April 10th through 12th, 2010. It was a fantastic seminar!
